Changes

Recently I have made a few changes to this little blog of mine. What started out as a fashion blog turned into a makeup blog that turned into a DIY blog that became an OOTD blog and so on. I really wanted to organize things and slowly, I will be getting everything more organized and my site itself up to date and better for everyone.

I have always said that "Cheyenne Style" meant 'my lifestyle.' I really love eating healthier and getting in better shape and will bee including more of those posts. I found that OOTD posts are really quick and easy to do and its why I defaulted to them. I am always making things and being crafty.

Finally after trying out so many different 'themes' for this site, I realized to just make it whatever I want it to be.

On the time on my site there are different pages you can go to find different posts. I will slowly but surely be putting all of my posts into these different categories.

Thanks so much for supporting me and reading all of these little ramblings.

What I Wore: "No time for rest"

I have been on the hunt for a pair of envelope cut shorts/skort/skirt things as well as a pair of faux leather shorts so when I found these at Necessary Clothing on sale for $5 with one pair left in my size I knew it was meant to be. Also can we just not how tan/orangey my legs look and how white my arms are. Thank you so much Florida sun and uneven lighting outside while I shot these. My arms just freckle but you can totally notice the extreme difference here.

DIY ombre flower vases

WHAT?! OMG is this real? Am I actually doing a new DIY post. It has has been 1, 2, no 3 no... it has been a very long time since I have done a DIY post. Don't worry, I'll still be keeping up with my OOTD posts but I will be getting back into makeup reviews, DIYs and that sort of stuff. I MISS MAKING THINGS. In my heart and mind, there are never enough Pinterest DIYs.

I have a bunch of these little flower vases (filled with faux flower... who can keep real ones alive?) on my table in my room. I have 2 ombre ones... I'll show you the other one soon enough. This was so so easy to make.

All I needed was a tall glass. You can use old candle jars, or jelly jars or really anything. You also need spray paint and some wind. What? wind? Yes wind.

As you can see from the photos, I sprayed the glass upside down and closer to it then further away as I got further up. You will need to stand in a way that the wind will carry the spray paint onto the glass. For the very top portion, I stood super far away, but close enough for it to hit, and let the wind take it.

Who knew ombre was that easy? Not me until I figured it out.

♡Here is the finished project. Hope you love it. Thanks for reading

OH AND PS IF YOU'RE READING THIS STAY TUNED BECAUSE I HAVE A TON MORE DIYS COMING SOON.

A comfy OOTD

I found this in the drafts and this set it so old. Like before I but my hair old but I wanted to post it because sometimes I love being comfy in a big sweater and sneaks. Soo let's all pretend I didn't just shoot this in my dorm room. But it was cold and gross outside.

Floridian adventure

What was I doing in Florida? Walking on the beach, laying out of the beach, swimming on the beach... I like the beach. After a flight delayed 3 hours I finally made it. (FYI if you're ever looking for a real good time I highly recommend spending 6 hours at JFK waiting for a flight that gets more delayed every 15 minutes. Really its fun) Here are some photos from my trip so thank you Florida, you were great.

Shows in the suburbs OOTD

I think this is one of my favorites for no reason at all. I'm not really a snapback kind of person but I found this one that I got as a kid. Sometimes the greatest things come out of a storage bin.
